Many people seem to be annoyed at the slow pacing, which, for me, who has read a lot of these power fantasy system plus training stories, where a character’s goal is to attain pretty much godhood find it nice how the character is overpowered, but there are heights and heights of the power yet to be unlocked. It feels as if the power out MC is gaining doesn’t lose importance or weight.

I tried to read it twice. Why ? Because I forgot how bad it was.
This is boring, childish, boring, badly written, boring, awfully paced, and did I mention it was boring as hell ???
This is just a waste of time, ink, and bandpass.
I think it was something meant to resonate with people rised with Roblox as their pinnacle of RPGs

Im reading the ln rn and i have to say it’s really good. The onyl issue is the pace. Ffs 1200+ chapters and mc is still onlt in B-grade, which yeah in the world of the novel is still insanely fast time wise but for the reader it means the story is barely (maybe) half way. Mc needs to reach godhood and from there something even beyond that. To do that he needs to go through all of B grade still then A-grade and then S-grade. F this doesn’t end in the next 700 chapters it’s literally going to get boring.

haven’t read the novel, but as a manga standpoint, its pretty peak IMO. I love it as a concept, story, and just the whole thing overall. Like Oldman said below, I love when new chapters come out. To me its on the same level as greed, tower farmer, and even 99+ stick, something that i just cant ever see myself getting bored or dropping.

It’s good. Starts mid. Hits a point where it slows down before the world building opens up. Then it finds itself now it’s one of my most anticipated weekly releases.

It has a slow start-up, but it is one of the best novels out there. Although this is a manga, so it might have things removed from the novel since that’s how typical adaptation usually works, unfortuantely.

Just read to chapter 100. I have not read the original, but I enjoyed this story and couldn’t stop, reminded me of solo leveling in that aspect that the story telling is somewhat attempting to make it realistic within the fantastical restraints. One thing I thought was dragging it down in the middle was the gamification dungeons with the imp. It could have been drawn better and made more realistic.
I am curious about reading the original novels, since many people recommend it here.

the novel is something else. It has everything you need, from the writing, to the consistency, to the plots, the schemes, the power fantasy. comparable to Reverend Insanity, and i say this truly.
unfortunately, it’s just beginning at 800+ novel chapters…. it’s just not a manwha-ble story.

This might be 4.1 stars, but the novel is the opposite of ass.
I’ve commented here before, but after the end of the 2nd season, I have to give my review once more.
The First season (tutorial section) is probably one of the worst reads I’ve had in a minute. It’s real slow, the art isn’t the best, and the fuzzy companion is unneeded (espressially so after learning he isn’t even in the novel.)
Now the second season, that’s where it really starts cooking. The slow pacing now works in the series’ favor as it follows a few different perspectives. The art, while not as amazing as some other series, is much better and digestible. The action and worldbuilding also sees an improvement, and it really feels like the whole series gains an identity it didn’t have before. Most of all, the furby has been shipped to guantanamo bay.
