In the first few chapters, there are various points that seem illogical (his age, the fact that he always wears a helmet, and his eating of monster meat). However, all of this is explained in a logical way in chapter 20.

It’s good, i just don’t get why he became an adventurer instead of a mercenary or something, because the guild seems to not give any benefits and only keeps restricting his freedom

I have no idea why the author/artist has the mc never take their helmet off ever. Heck they went so far as to draw the MC as baby without a face. Even goblin hunter took his helmet off and that manga was waaaay better than this one.

Man wish they name this series way better, idk i guess it from WN/LN so they naming it following that OG, but that really suck.

The author does that thing where MC has a pleasant personality, but is unempathetic and has no interest in helping people. Cognitive dissonance. Naturally the author finds ways for him to do the thing you want him to anyways, but it feels weird and contrived. Not for me, and not sure why this one is above 4 star. 3 at best.
