So level 20 is already the top of the world… reminds me of the MC that became the final boss of a hellish game where level 20 is considered top level, but he and his 7 Demon Kings are all level 80+ (of course the MC is level 100, lol 
).
If I remember correctly one of his comments was along the lines of “In the game the strongest human enemy was level 35”
