There was so much unnecessary tension in the last 3 chapters, the seal breaks instantly even though they just said it would take a few years, they wait to explain the situation to the king despite being able to force themselves into the vault, the sword itself being able to revive people (the fact it exists isn’t a problem but the reveal was so cliché), the demon somehow getting into their impenetrable barrier and the academy showing up, him contemplating reincarnating for some reason. All of these were really annoying to get through and I hope the writing gets back to how it used to be
