I always wonder where the nukes are at times like this in manga/manhwa. Not that I think they would do much to the Dragon Monarch but throwing the entirety of the world’s nuclear arsenal at the army should at least cut it down some. So it is a race against time? I think a guerilla kind of warfare will be most effective to trim down the enemy forces (if they spread themselves over North America. While the Mc goes around with a small fighting force, trying to kill the monarchs that are separated or focusing on enlarging his army. This should be in his bag if he is given enough time to snowball. Although I am not sure about the strength of the dragons
