Super God Gene

Why do I prefer fantasy over sci-fi? Because shit like this.
The author fails more than miserably to explain the technology behind his premise.
I don’t expect him to write down the exact equations behind the technology, but you can’t write that “humanity mastered space travel technology through portals, but they couldn’t close it”
That’s not how “mastering” something works. Also technically the beings on the other side of the portal would be aliens…. not monsters.
And then you add the premise of beast souls??? Like wtf, really?
Ah and the most funny thing… because the humans couldn’t close the portal, humanity nearly went extinct…. but 1 human had the brilliant idea to eat a “monster” and that’s how you get superpowers, because that’s how biology works.
They had even time to add a legend…one could potentially obtain the god gene, hence the title.

This is like your typical hunter-gate manwha/manhua, but instead of an unknown fantasy type like reason, the author wanted to sound smart and threw in space travel and portals.
Seriously, just stick to fantasy and stop embarrassing yourself.

Please tell me they didnt ruin Super Gene… I wont even click it until I know for sure lol
