I’ve enjoyed this in spite of the pacifist philosophy. It’s a fairly tame god-game fantasy in a world with real politics and relationships to manage. The characters are likeable and not one-dimensional and the comedy often lands. The pacing is good, too; most stories of this type build too quickly.

Other commenters have wrongly accused it of being a shota pedophilia comic. There is no sexual activity portrayed, or even implied. There is a maid who adores the boy MC and declares her desires to be with him forever, sometimes going overboard for comic effect. It’s not worse than you would expect from an affectionate aunt.

I do recommend it but it’s not perfect, start with moderate expectations and I think most people will enjoy.

From the point luke start to accept criminal for rehab and as villagers without considering the feeling of the his own people who were the victim already makes him unworthy.

you may try to apply Earth peaceful logic here to ‘give a second chance’ or whatnot
but these slave traders were clearly rapist, killers, kidnappers, human trafickkers and everything that come with banditry.
they are the kind where even among many real-world countries around the globe gave death penalty once convicted.

but he somehow ignoring the fact he was originally troubled by the overgrowing population, and choose to accept them as villagers for rehab is wrong on all different levels.
plus when making decision, he doesn’t even provide comfort nor consolation for the victim nor properly discuss with them. that’s arrogant and ignorant
sorry but even in civilization game ppl don’t make such newbie level mistake

Japanese manga MC dont have a set plan for future, In fact they dont even plan for the future, they just go with the Flow and the PLOT always Saves them
Whereas in manhwa, the MC always Plans too much into the future and doesnt even have the footing in the present

Why am I saying this here? Cause the MC here is the first type, It’s Ok, But While I appreciate his Childhoodness and Innocence, but if that Innocence turns into Naiveness, then its annoying. I would atleast prefer him atleast trying to learn how his GIFT works and somewhat plan for the future

Whole dungeon system here is dumb as hell and he has ZERO reason to let outsiders use it when it gets points from his own people being inside and basically supplies infinite materials. What a stupid sub plot.

This kinda seems like the boring and typical and generic Shounen Kingdom Building Slow Life Story. Seems Boring.

But one things for sure, critiquing this for “pEdoPhiLia” is the dumbest criticism ever. Drawings can’t be Pedophilia or any other real world bad thing. It can only be so if it’s actually based off an distinguishable child. And everything here is fiction. F u ck out of here with that garbage criticisms. Loli or Shota. It’s all good since it’s fictional. Only bad when it’s actual distinguishable real life kids.

i had a lot of fun reading the manga.
people wanting to put alpha beta sigma terms, some are not very valid, the MC is not a beta simp. which chapter displays him simping or being a beta?

MC saw his servant maid breaking a plate, and he took a hit on her behalf. she didnt seduce him, he saw it, then when his mother appeared, he straight up just took a hit on her behalf.

MC saw his bully younger brother, torturing a kid by throwing rocks at tied up kid, and MC stepped in and took a rock to the head, and saved a tortured kid.

I somehow reached ch. 17.1,but that’s as far as i am willing to go here.
Don’t get me wrong:
Some perks of this series are very nice n all.

Uhhh, but the thoughts of the priest made me spill a bowl of cornflakes, burst out the milk through mouth & nose, all while i acted upon a reflex to throw the phone against the wall with full force.

I think, i’ll need a new device soon and hope, that disqus will sh open on that one then.

Shota MC, typical Japanese beta personality, with harem-to-be female SC that forcing their way too much to the point of cursed. Not my kind of read, but it was enjoyable enough, not gonna adding this to my library though. Maybe I’ll pick this up again somewhere in the future.

So your isekai of the resource management game type. It’s not really my thing, so if this type of plot is your thing, give it a shot.

I’ve read a few chapters, and it’s obvious that it’s shotacon, even from the moment you see the cover. Then, it’s up to you if you take the shota content seriously or comically, which technically would be the whole point and I’m not trying to romatize these types of cases, but please, it’s just a drawing and….

Personally I don’t think it’s a big deal, I’ve seen worse and there will surely be many more worse. So this, just a horny maid who is captivated by the mc, I think it’s not the first time I see that plot archetype… It’s strange that I don’t see as much hate in that as in this.
