I can’t believe I’m about to say this but j was being too kind in my previous comment i had only gotten up to around chapter 80 morbid curiosity got to me and I just finished 1/5 is generous the villain/antagonist all are so incredibly incompetent that it’s hard to believe they didn’t fall years ago the big bad high priest his grand plan was to get people to believe in God even more in the og timeline people stopped believing in god because of the church failures which doesn’t make sense since the duke helped take down the demon king somehow hurt the church so big priest retained his memory and decides by having the holy sword user that was foretold by God over a century ago turns out is the demon king which uhhhh would severely damage the church beyond all repair would somehow get more believers and high priest powers were never explained he just could somehow teleport and force choke people idk how just like idk how he knows half the things he does idk how he knows about the botes secret text and what it does. Why did he keep his memories idk don’t ask questions

All of my previous text is just about one villain don’t get me started on others like the ml so the ml was raised believing he was the chosen one by the holy sword and was raised as such and many had such expectations because one lady said some nice words to him as a person he betrayed everything he believed in for her and turned back time thus causing him to have the demon kings heart which was the most disappointing demon king ever btw he was defeated so easily the demon king who had the ability to turn back time was defeated in like two chapters without a sweat

PLOT SUMMARY: Woman who is objectified by noble society falls in love with a baron who treats her like a person without obsessing over her body. Said baron manipulates her to give him credit for her summoning powers and pressures her to try a dangerous experiment to strengthen them. Main character gets disfigured and terminally injured in that experiment. She finds out her finace is in a relationship with another man who is her cousin and was just using her. She dies shortly after and regresses roughly a year to before the experiment.
