I rate this a 4/5. It’s one of a few Good Manhuas. Very readable and highly entertaining. Not completely perfect, but it’s up there. What I love the most is that this Author REALLY knows what a Corrupt Government Official is like. 🤣 Even in times of great crisis, there’s always corrupt s c u m in power making everything worse. The only bad thing about this Manhua is the Magic System, kinda weird a little. It feels a bit too, incomplete. Aside from that, damn good. In fact, I know for a fact that this Manhuas portrayal of corrupt Government Officials will get the author cracked down upon by the Chinese Government, so for that bravery, I’ll give it a 5/5.
The biggest problem I have with this is that either there’s a novel and a bunch of it got cut from the adaptation, or a lot of the chapters with explanations got cut.
Not having explanations is fine if they don’t mention things and act like we’re supposed to know what the f**k you’re talking about.
You know? I wonder why almost all series from china are like this with the standard op MC and story driven by fights with little to no human common sense… then I look at the state of that country and go “oh, ok.” Then I wonder why so many here like to read these in spite of the issues, and then I look at the state of this country and go “oh, ok.” 😆

Interesting concept but it’s pretty trash… Human logic makes absolutely no sense, shipping living and healthy monsters into the city “trail ground” to be then fought and processed by noncombatants, because everyone capable of fighting needs to go to the frontlines or is labelled a deserter.. corrupt officials etc..
This worlds humanity deserved it’s downfall..
Art is pretty decent, but that’s basically it.. no meaningful characters, MC has no character at all.. just a blank canvas to portrait your own power fantasy onto..

Women that fall in love with MC the moment they see him but he doesn’t gives them the time of the day.

Cool concept that I don’t see done that much. (Apart from the reincarnation) This definitely has potential if it’s executed well. The art is okay.
One thing I’m a bit put off by is the whole scrutinization & attitude towards the MC by the public, when he didn’t go to fight in the frontlines. It’s not even a little bit of stir, it’s as if the MC is a celebrity. (I also know he’s a “super rookie”, so it makes some sense, but they’re acting as if every male has agreed to go fight in the frontlines so far.)
I know it’s dumb to try to apply logic to a fantasy, but it’s as if every MC in a manhua has to start as someone who’s looked down upon or at rock bottom, so their rise is more impactful. It’s such a forced way of making an MC who’s looked down upon by others, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I see it done.
TLDR: Interesting concept, okay art, potentially good.

Honestly a rating of 4 is a bit too high for this…considering that its way bland and a bit too fast paced so much so that nothing really has impact. Plus a very simplistic regression-revenge plot, everyone is dumb except MC type of story typical of chinese manhwa.
Basic premise is that MC essentially power levels through the story without any sorta struggle besides with dealing with stupid or greedy people. There is no any type of character development or struggle for anything which makes the story even more linear than its plot.
MC goes around collecting things or killing monsters and getting stonger and more OP. Thats all, thats the entire plot as of chapter 31.
If youve read most types of chinese manhwa of this genre then there are all just copy and pastes of each other from plot, mc and characters. Everyone dumb except for mc and all b*tches wanna phuc him type of story.
All in all, dont read this unless you are extremely-extremely bored and cant find anything to read or just wanna turn off your brain for a couple of hours and not think too much of anything.
