Summary

A brief description of the manga Welcome To Japan, Elf-San:

Ordinary salary man Kitase Kazuhiro consistently leaves the office on schedule. Maybe he’s not so ordinary after all—this is Japan, after all. What’s really odd is what happens next: he showers, gets into jammies, and sleeps soundly every night. After that, he starts having fantasies and doesn’t wake up till he passes away or goes to sleep in them. He and his elf companion are slain one day after coming into a dragon’s lair by accident. He pouts, “A nightmare,” until he discovers his elf companion in bed.

I enjoy this and don’t feel like pointing out any of the flaws. It goes back and forth from adventure to slice of life, and transitions pretty seamlessly. The central plot device is clever and keeps the story busy but relaxed. Characters are fun, all platonic. It should say romance and not harem, there is one girl who kind of expects MC to have a harem but he’s monogamous. Even the romance is just hand-holding while blushing furiously. I recommend this.

Summary: Isekai boy adventures with elf girl, but whenever he sleeps he wakes up in Japan, and then vice versa. Then he discovers he can take the elf with him….

This one deserves at least 4.5 stars!
Don’t let the slice of life tag holds you back from reading this, since the story are well written, the characters are likeable, and they had mature mindset too! Not like those shounens who act like emptyheaded middle schooler…
