A brief description of the manga Yankee Wa Isekai De Seirei Ni:
Manai Zero is a high school student in his second year of study. He recently transferred to a new school, where he became known as the most powerful high school student. Honestly, he didn’t like it at all.
Walking home, he saw a boy running along the road for a ball, and a truck rushed at him. Manai pushed the boy away, thereby saving him, but, unfortunately, he lost his life. A little later, he comes to life in a mysterious library.
There he sees a strange bespectacled man who appears to be God and invites Manai to reincarnate. Our hero, of course, agrees and sets off for a new, wonderful world of adventure!

As for the manga itself, I remember picking this one a long time ago and I vaguely remember it being a mixture of funny and cute, though I seem to have lost interest after a couple of chapters. Much of the humor involved the macho MC being confronted with the overwhelming cuteness of spirit fairies in another world, who are very drawn to him for reasons unknown or forgotten by me. Probably a good 7/10 level time-passer
