As is usually the case, almost every popular anime has a hated person.
This man is the son of a duke known to all as “The Piggy Duke”. At school, everyone did not like him and there were reasons for that. He boasted of his ancestry, his fat, and he also looked like an orc.
But “The Piggy Duke” has a tragic future. He will be expelled from the family, and his beloved girl, whom he has taken care of all his life, will be taken away by the protoganist of the anime.

It takes 45 chapters for gim to lose the weight, it ends at Chapter 46 lol.
It’s a good story though. The end is abrupt but at least it has a proper ending.

When I saw the cover art, I thought I’ve read this before, but that was a different story where the hero wasn’t accepted because he was fat. And because I dropped that one, I wasn’t expecting much from this manga. However, I enjoyed this more than I should have despite for the lack of purpose, explanations, and realism. PS: After reading 35 chapters, I just realized it’s been a year since chapter 34… I’m going to be dead by the time this story ends or is axed. This also needs a harem tag.

This is surprisingly good, although it is easy to forget that this is an isekai. It’s not in the top-tier of manga but it’s an easy, fun read with plenty of interesting peaks that make it hard to get bored.
Does he ever lose weight? Not that that he has to be perfect and handsome but if he’s trying to be his best self it’s good to have a healthy body and it’s an easy way to show visual progress and improvement in the story

well after reading 46 chapters, I can say it is definitely s good story but it did start to get slow and boring round chapter 30. But then it rushed ahead as it was going to finish up as in the late 30’s, became good again except the last few chapters where it really just rush, rush, rush. Of course when the dialogue started getting a bit heavy in the rush, the translator started making more and more mistakes. Now losing weight, I can totally sympathise with the mc, its a long and slow process. However I am sorry this closed, if it could have kept the pace up from earlier and went into more storyline, I think this manga would have kept going. Still a good read regardless.
