The typical otaku is looking for accommodation in the Tokyo metropolitan area. He comes across a very profitable option with a rent of only 30,000 yen.
Having rented an apartment, our hero missed a few things:
1) The agent mumbles something vague about “goblins and slugs”,
2) I did not read in the contract what was written in small print. After all, after this deal, he also remained in the black.
When he settles into a new home, he quickly learns that his home can also be a vacation spot for adventure seekers and contains many more mysterious secrets.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, after reading all 40 chapters and then finding out this has been completed, I was extremely saddened. This had a very easy feel to it and the story had so much potential to go anywhere even if it has been done before but in deferent ways. I will admit that it does get a tad dialogue heavy in some areas which causes it to slow down a tad after 10 chapters but it just keeps along with the easy mood. Still it is a light and good read, something that I am glad to have read.
