Summary

While still in high school, Shinomiya Ryouma is working tirelessly to raise 1 billion yen for his sister’s medical expenses. Would you risk your life for what you want, a mystery woman once asked him? He receives a ticket from her and is thereafter involved in a fatal collision. When he awakens, he discovers that he has been transformed into a girl and that he is taking part in a “game” in which a victory allows him to change his destiny but a defeat causes him to pass away immediately.

Icl, story ain’t bad but its not a good read if you actually have a moral compass and you don’t want to distort or straight up turn into a peccatula (lmk if you know the references)

It’s a VERY GOOD manga in my opinion, and easily enjoyable to follow. It hooks you right away and you’ll finish it quickly !

Quick warning though ; there is some gore, nothing crazy but it may disturb some readers.

The MC and the vilain are okay, but the plot and side characters are just amazing. There is even a twist that caught me completely by surprise even though i’m usually pretty good at anticipating them, AND IT’S ACTUALLY AN AMAZING TWIST, so props to that.

I’m sad the author died without being able to finish their work, but i’m happy with what there is. I’ll have to check some of their other works, they deserve it…

the tags make it look bad but it is extremely gory with the deaths and overall there is very little scenes that make it seem like hentai and gender bender is just that all characters become women to disguise who they were before it starts of with gambling then moves on overall it is very exciting for me and would recommend if you can view somebody’s intestines and brain falling out of their body as i said before it can fuck somebody up mentally if they are not prepared so be careful if you think you can handle it then i do recommend it

It’s a gambling manga. Gore and torture porn, frankly. Some plot threads are being set up, but the series is axed because the author died.

damn the author passed away and was unable to end the series, but it was still a good read, shame, i bet the ending would’ve had the two siblings fight each other at the end and would only make the Mc truly suffer that or maybe somehow that whole messiah thing about ending the game could have been an interesting plot line
