This story is very good. It is finished and the ending i find to be a very fitting one for this story too. This story isn’t one where MC lets everyone who wronged him go, forgives everyone etc. rather he is logical, smart and even quite petty which makes for a satisfying end and nice conflicts and plans. The way he progresses and overcomes challenges is very intriguing and i would say quite different from other stories. The setting and world building is great too as well as character relations. Overall a fantastic read and I hope more people check it out!

I have been reading this since the first chapter came out in 2021 and now it’s 2025 and it’s ending I’m going to be honest I’m sad about that for 4 years I have came on to this sight and scrolled through it to find if a new chapter had came out it became a daily thing for me It feels like this manga has watched me grow up I have changed a lot sense 2021, 2022 it was the bad years of my life it has been with me through the thick and thin and I actually cried when I saw “完” meaning end

So uhhh as the title said, the MC is a villain but not those good ones.
Hes the REAL one, if you came for blood this is perfect.
If you come for some good MC in a villain role but act good, be disappointed cuz none if that shiit is here. (for now)

I’ve read up to 160ch and still interested what rhe mc does next.

This is a good read if you like villains who use their brains to troll and outwit everyone. The tone is dark rather than funny like Regressor Instruction Manual so that might be a turnoff for some.

MC is not likable IRL nor is he supposed to be. He’s a high functioning sociopath, so he aint your rolemodel. Give it a shot if you want to take a break from the 3-4 hero tropes dominating manhua/manga/manhwa. The writing respects what he does in the past, so it’s not a mindless read.

Don’t follow reviews that read only 10 chaps…what’s up with that? Might as well skip because of the cover and title.

Like a couple people mentioned, it’s absolutely ridiculous that someone chooses swordman instead of magic swordman. Magic swordman is notoriously always a much superior choice with nothing less and much more than swordman.
This writer sucks.
