Summary
A brief description of the manhwa I Regressed As The Duke:
The son of the great Emperor Gline,
Prince “Aaron”, is the recipient of the “Dragon’s Blessing”.
But because of the rebellion led by his uncle, “Zerone”,
He was banished to the outskirts of the kingdom, ‘Brahn Grounds’.
“Emperor Zerone will kill us all…”
Keeping his father’s dying wish to forget about the crown and revenge,
Aaron had been living powerlessly as the Duke of a barren land… but one day,
Emperor Zerone invaded Brahn Grounds!
He didn’t come just for Aaron’s life,
but rather, his aim was to destroy Brahn Grounds!
Even the loyal subject, “Gayle”, disappeared into ashes
as he watched Duke Aaron and Brahn Grounds disappear
in midst of Emperor Zerone’s flames.
At least, that’s what we thought happened!
When he opened his eyes,
Gayle found himself in the position of a younger Prince Aaron!
“I won’t live while hiding my power like the Duke did!”
By using any means necessary to develop the land,
and preparing for Emperor Zerone’s invasion that will happen 20 years,

Wish me luck, chap 1 here I go.
6/10 Good art, meh mc, horrible plot and story telling. The story just jumps into the pit without progress. It leave key details out with leaves readers confused and is too fast paced. It’s like the cash took cocaine, that’s how fast the story moves. It’s honestly possible that we’re missing panels and chapters in the beginning and that’s why it seems this fast idk. It’s missing too much for me to continue reading.
the “soul” backstory is almost inexistent, as well as the reason or the powers needed for reincarnation. He gets lucky since the body has a dragon’s blessing and the said dragon is interested and helps him in all kinds of ways, by disguising as an advisor.
If you accept those 2 premises, that make him OP, then i promise that you’re going to enjoy the rest, and the value of this manwha is not 4.1 but 4.6 by the standards of this w3bs1te.
Biggest Plot hole is the character himself. How you go from a boring butler all your life to some weird revenge kinda evil MC without much of a revenge plot. Starts to eploit people at every turn and story literally gives him what he needs at the moment he needs it. Needs a way to make money, tricks people in to slaves. Needs a Strategist a wise dragon in form of a human appears. Also women with with the worlds weakest walls, they fall for him for literally no reason.
Ima be honest. There are plot holes everywhere. Interesting idea for the story but executed horribly. Sure if you like power trip stories then you might like this. The MC has zero struggles in all aspects. Females fall for him at the drop of a hat, he has no trouble adapting to being the duke and doesn’t question anything, and people come to serve him for everything he needs at the time he needs it. 5/10 didn’t enjoy reading this at all
I really think this is a bit underrated. The plot is alright and the characters are a bit overpowered but who doesn’t like this type of fast paced territory city expansion manhwa. This is very cliché but if you like the genre then you will defo enjoy this a lott. I enjoyed it despite some harsher comments I heard about this specific manhwa and I think people are missing the point and are being too critical when the main thing is whether you like it or not is subjective. I personally did enjoy it so I would recommend this to someone I know has similar tastes. Enjoy the read and stop basing opinions off of comments. Much love from the man with the eyepatch!

Stop regressing for a moment geez.
Well this is pretty bad , the concept was good but the execution terrible. As many said, the initial pacing of the story is terrible, MC skips through 3 days after returning and goes full conqueror. Apparently there is some blessing that turns MC into such a powerful swordsman that he can defeat even trained elite people with ease, even though until a few days ago he was a mere buttler, an intelectual servant.
Women fall over MC super easy , and he takes decisions that are extremely common sense, like allowing priests to cure his people for free, that weren’t taken before because everyone in that territory has the intellectual capacity of a walnut.
MC is extremely powerful so there are little to no challenges to him, elite servants fall from the sky to please him , both figurative and quite literally( the dragon ).
It is by all manners, a powertrip story , where the only attraction is seeing MC stomp on anyone who opposes him, and see braindead females fall for him over and over. Not my coup of tea, it is a little bit better than the usual of this type of story tho, so if you like these kind of powertrip stories you may as well like this one.
