If you spent 3000 yrs trapped in endless deaths and fighting all that time only thinking of finding your mom if you made it out and then finally found her then it only makes sense you wouldnt be in state aware enough of your surroundings to sense danger. Your only focus would be on your mother youve just met after 3000 yrs and nothing else. Dont go cheapening the plot because you cant comprehend the effect all of that would have on a persons senses.

3000 years is way too long… Even 20 years could be considered pushing the limits in my opinion. He also managed to keep his emotions and a good part of his sanity and memory which is more op than the powers he received (altough this might be thanks to the support of the system). hm, nice drawings..but making a bullshit plotline just to enhance drama is quite a down for me. there is no way he didnt feel the hidden threat and would let stand his mother between him and possible danger, apart from not protecting her from a physikal attack with noise after reppeling energy attacks in random directions.
if this a plot designed from the autor to develop the hero and the story to the reader, this manga will not have a future, because the author doesnt care about his hero or this story, it is just drama to make some nice drawings :/

100 percent agreed, he made drama for the sole sake of making his MC seems interesting and ‘cool’ instead of actual character development.
What are we supposed to look forward to ?
He’s not just op, he’s at max lvl so no development possible there.
There’s no personality to him except for him being tormented and his suffering which aren’t personality traits.
So no interests, no ambitions, no relationships.
And after a couple of chapters he already has a position, so not going towards that either.
Since he’s the strongest, he doesn’t need party members, so all side characters will become mobs who he occasionally saves or serve as comic relief since, well the author made him an edgelord, he probably will barely ever speak too.
So are we supposed to just watch him fight this non fantasy ‘berserk manga’ grossass monsters without difficulties over and over again ? What’s the point of this except the art ?

na, he just have to hit it first, its more like a game. but with this odds he will for sure die 10x or 100x of times. its quite a good method to forge a average human into a warrior state mind. dont know now, if this is just a coincidence or if the autor has some progress in martial arts.
