Honestly one of the best manwhas out there. Might feel a little bit dragged sometimes but really worth it.

It was entertaining, but the plot started to drag on and on and on and on…

It felt like the initial goal needed a solid conclusion sooner and was artificially extended. If you can sit through the pacing issues then it’s not bad. MC reminds me of Liam Neeson (taken) meets John Wick. I like the story and setting, but the pacing made it exhausting to binge and made me ultimately take a break from reading it around ch 40.

Apparently, there are a lot of characters and references from other stories by the author, but I have only read lookism and the last time I did that was like 8 years ago so I didn’t recognize nor remembered any of them. Maybe the stretched plot would have been more palatable if I recognized the characters in the backstories from other media. On its own it just feels like filler.

plot moves and frozen ketchup speed, this is so fuckin slow, if you’re looking for quick-paced action and a plot that goes to the point then looks elsewhere, this one is pants in the head retarded, I can concede a lot of nonsense and asspulls in order to keep the immersion unbroken, this one here goes beyond stupid.

This needs the action tag added, tbh I didn’t read it at first cause it didn’t have that tag but damn it’s good. The art is good, and the plot is excellent but the translation is a little spotty at times. I would rate this 4/5. This opinion may not be common but I got a little bored after chapter 50 cause it just slowed down. But other than that, great read.
