Well let’s see how it goes, but there might be a concern, yeah bachelor and all is, positively taking, a good thing. But if you insist on it too much, like on your 40’s, ya not gonna be the cool uncle, but a monk or a father(priest). It would be good to develop the relationship between 2 people with their own thinking about marriage, into a better relationship, i think it would be better that way.. but if the mc stays forever single, and keeps all at a certain line, it would loose interest soon.

Other than that the MC is a R13 man with absolutely no horn desire whatsoever *an I don’t buy that* like a monk on a mountain or whatever, the story itself has potential.
Tho, as ever, communication could be better and more honest and he is brainlessly naive open sometimes but his “ideas” so far *chapter 14* kinda make sense and kinda fit into the world.
Would give 7/10 so far.
