Sozai Saishuka no Isekai Ryokouki

I feel like this manga was written by Mojo Jojo. I’m about to start chapter five, and its still introduction mode. Honestly hope it gets a bit faster paced. Maybe chapter 5 on.

After reading 53 chapters, I can say that this is a very good manga, FOR NOW. It is not great as it still has a few faults but it has a lot less then so many manga out there. The main negative is that it is dialogue heavy in all the chapters. This as I have said before slows the story flow down but this writer makes up for that by having events that finish in a couple of chapters and do not drag on and on. Then to keep the ball rolling, they flow right into another event, keeping the pace going. A lot of people misconstrue about the mc, as he is literally beyond op (deliberately by this worlds god), thrown down on the world to just do as he pleases to restart the flow of mana/magic by just his actions and then using the butterfly effect to effect the rest of the world. Now a warning, after 30ish to 40ish you start to get the feeling that some of the events are forced by the writer as if they are either out of ideas or lost the story plan. By 50ish and definitely after 50, the story starts to become disjointed and the ideas or actions do not start lining up with the story. For instance, the whole manga story is to start the movement flow of mana around the world again but then gets to an elf territory that has been soaking up all this mana and not releasing it back because it has been separated from the world. Now following the logic of the story (not common sense), all the mc had to do was cleanse the mana and then reintegrate the elves into the world (would definitely made the story more boring). But the writer, to change the story up and keep it going, made it about inbreeding and the corruption of DNA (actually a real thing). Problem is the entire previous chapters had nothing mention about this at all (closest was elf x elf for stronger mana handling keeping pure bloods). The other problem is the mana of the elves. Story line of mana concentration goes: mana –> lots of mana (poisonous) –> crystals –> mithril (dragon arc). The mc solves this by just simply removing a chunk of mana to make a crystal and then lets it do something in the sky. If it was to soak the excess mana, then the crystal itself will get so large it will crush the entire elven territory or turn everything into mithril but no, it is there to filter the mana to stop it from being poisonous yet to still build up? The writer needs to sit down and work out the next 100 chapters properly if they wish to keep the same format or change it all up to keep this manga going.

Really tried to like this, but after 23 chapters I just can’t anymore. Writing is not great and MC is an actual moron. So is the elf character. It started off kinda interesting, but went downhill and became a stereotypical cliche isekai. MC says one thing and then does contradictory things. Common sense level is below zero. And these devices are used as a way to progress the story, which makes it annoying af.
