So, do read all the comments below before you start. The translation is poor until chapter 16, but honestly not that bad; I’ve read through much worse. The shift to the second version at chapter 31 is jarring, the plot and characters are significantly altered. These aren’t the issues, though.

for those who will read this, please be advised that like there are 2 versions here, chapter 1-30 and chapter 31 onwads.
Note:
new chapters were uploaded in mangadex, although they only got until chapter 34 or 36.
31 onwards is a different art but almost same story. BUT as I read chapter 31 onwards in mangadex, chapter 31 of the new version here will eventually pick up the story, albeit the chickens portrait in the second version is a lot bigger.
this is a actually a good manga despite the shitty grammar and translation and having it 2 versions. but it has a good story and not really going for harem-like MC.
I assumed I’d be seeing weird stuff but there isn’t any “child pornography” in the second chapter. He’s just a dude helping out someone with something they’re trying their best to accomplish. The ability to use magic. There’s nothing sexual happening. I hope someone can help me understand what the guy below me is talking about.
This is.. garage, utter garbage, literally just the second chapter ends with child pornography and the character act’s weird for 20 chapter after that like there is any kind of mention between a 40 year old man and a 12 year old girl… Just righting that made me puke.
Guys the translation here is not good. Go read it somewhere else with decent translation, because the one for this series is completely different from others where it makes sense.
Yeah. The new adaptation is pretty shit ngl.
Like. Before it had character and some depth to the panels and storytelling. It was slower paced.
But the new ver is pretty lifeless. It looks like just another cookie cutter manga. i say “manga” but the new version just looks like webtoon art but without the color.
Really sad to say but ima have to drop or at least put on hold for a long while.

Readers be advised, the thing about this title is, there are *TWO* versions. At some point, the first version which you read until chapter 30 here, got discontinued. Either axed, or the translators dropped it, I’m not sure which. But chapter 31 onward here on mangaread are all from version 2.
If you want to read the complete version with the first 30 chapters of version 2, the site [manganato] has it. Lots of banner ads, and I suggest staying away from the comment sections and just enjoy reading the story. As long as you have an ad blocker, you shouldn’t have to worry about the ad banners.
