Levin, a young man who was supposed to summon a sacred beast in a grand ritual, ended up calling forth a tiny lizard instead. Furious, the king exiled him from the kingdom.

I knew it, it always have to be Divine Beast kind of summons 
do not bother unless you like being drunk or otherwise lacking rational thought
look forward to retcons and non sequiturs
and another inconsistent MC that can’t plan ahead
oh, expect a harem tag and teasing fan service suitable for under 10 years olds
