Warrior High School – Dungeon Raid Department

Did some research and this has been essentially dropped by the studio. Its technically on indefinite hiatus. There was mention of there being possible friction between the author and the studio but it’s not confirmed. There is word that they dropped this for Goblin Nights but that is not true. The artist that worked on this moved on to Goblin Nights which was mentioned in the last notice posted about this manwha back in October 2023 which seems to be what caused the misunderstanding. The author started working on a novel by the title ‘The reincarnated demon king is making weapons’. I have yet to read it and it doesn’t seem to be translated into English but the general consensus is that while it isn’t quite as loved as this work, if you enjoyed this you’ll likely enjoy that too. Although those of you who can’t read Korean will likely have to MTL it yourself, learn to read Korean, or wait and pray it gets translated someday. Otherwise, it’s best to move on from this unfortunately. I hope they bring it back, but it seems very unlikely at this point as I’m sure you’ve all pieced together. The most likely way this sees light of day again is if it’s picked up by another author and/or artist and revamped by studio since it seems studio owns the IP meaning it’ll likely be worse. But fingers crossed that we get pleasantly surprised someday.
