If the first 23 chapters were condensed into 3/4 this would have a lot more readers. It was like the trenches every chapter seeing comment after comment about dropping this because it made no sense.

It’ll take like… 20 chapters? before the actual story begins but I suppose you’ll learn just how hard his life was before it started moving forward. With enough patience, this is actually pretty good

Amazing story in my opinion ignore the haters this series is really deep and its very unique and different from other manhwa i personally really enjoy it

older brother should kill his younger if he was only a deadweight. and change of mc is also a good point but i cannot understand author challenging a coward for a duel

author ahhhhhh……, story is very slow paced and flow is not connected. it’s also have a longest background story.

I went trough 7 chapters and it’s slow and boring for me. Reading other comments and it seems like 39 chapters is it’s first season and nothing happens also.

Just finished chapter 39 and after almost no story progression season 1 finished and there is no info when season 2 will start again. I have no problem with slow stories and most times they turn out better than others with rushed and forced action but if you do it slow you cant release 39 chapters in 5 months which is the same speed as a fast story would and then do a hiatus pretty much after the prologue.

One of the best series on this site, the story is not your typical manwha, it is more realistic in the sense that the growth is what a talented child (mc) would experience. The world-building is great, an alternative 16-1700 H. P. Lovecraft inspired world.
