What happens when you mix in manhua tropes with a manwha type of story? Well, according to how this played out, a generic mess. I’ll try to keep this review brief, since this manwha already wasted enough of my time due to its non-creative, time-wasting-like storyline. 

The plot of this manwha just isn’t engaging nor is it well-written. There are the obvious tropes of “ghost master” and the usual wholesome progressions, which makes this manga somewhat aimless and contradictory from the mc’s original motive & desire. To add to this, there’s a reincarnation & isekai plot point, but it’s tied in awkwardly and shouldn’t be incorporated at all, since it provides nothing of value to the story. 

The characters are all cliche and disposable. The only somewhat promising chapter was the very first chapter, since the characters weren’t set in place yet, however, once the author planned out an archetype for each one, he/she couldn’t help but make them one-dimensional, as they serve only one purpose, and disposable to plot points and events. 

If there was one thing this could’ve done better and maybe drastically increase the enjoyability and uniqueness of the storyline, it would’ve been keeping the servant alive and heavily incorporating her into the story through some injury, etc. This singular plot point could’ve formed much more of an emotional and character-developing plot style than what the manwha is now — A manwha that lives in-between the lines of wholesome and revenge, which doesn’t work due to generics.
