I really really enjoyed it
.
I don’t know what’s in the water in China but they really hate just making a story good. this is the kind of story that deserves to be good but it’s already got a lot of weird things wrong with it and no explanation for so many things. Ihe idea of a powerful MC dad with a daughter to raise is cute and wholesome but the good part of that competes with the bad part of this being a manhua and failing the same way all manhuas fail. Why do Chinese stories always fall apart and have a million plot holes? Do they like it this way, are they telling bad stories on purpose? I ask myself these things every time I find a good one that inevitably has a million plot holes in it.
wow! A manhua with original plot? so refreshing! 9/10 for me. Top tier
Very early still. The daughter is somewhat cute, but the world building and narrative is abysmal. I expect it’ll fall into the usual manhua problems
aw im not first
I don’t know what to think about this one…
the plot is kind of original, it’s a really common for a transmigrator to return to earth and find his daughter, but this time its not a demon lord, nor an immortal cultivator, but a paladin.
the art is really good as well, but the problem is that it’s a manhua. The story is rushed and there are some holes in the plot. For example, in the first chapter the mc arrives to earth with his armor, sells a gold coin to obtain earth’s currency, and in the next scene he is already dressed normally (its still OK), but then he also has his old mobile phone with his old contacts and receives calls from people who don’t seem to find strange for him to disappear for 3 years.
The mc also acts a bit too normal for someone who has been fighting monsters for 300 years, he even remembers the name of the guardian of his building (but we could explain that with his brain getting better after becoming powerful?)
nevermind, so far so good. I hope it won’t get bad, even though its a manhua so it will eventually become unreadable
by the way, the daughter is cute but feels kind of forced. She just met him and yet she treats him like someone she has always known and loved deeply , I expected her to act a bit shy or to progressively build a relationship based on trust… idk, just read it, it’s good
