Actually amazing. One of the more unique stories and it’s slightly similar to ‘MASHLE’ in regards to wielding magic or not, but it creates a good twist. The personalities of side characters is very good, with more important characters getting more story surrounding their pasts. Translation is honestly one of the best I’ve ever seen in any manga / manhwa / manhua along side the art. I honestly wish that there was more linkage between the world building and fights (some could argue that MC is abusing the power of friendship but I think it’s to a reasonable degree). Character development isn’t slept on in the slightest and there is a very good balance between important fights and training arcs. Time progression is slightly confusing at the start but is much clearer towards chapter 15+. Would highly recommend to read for anyone.

As of chapter 37, I’d rate it a 9/10. It is raw shonen. It has no spins, no twists, super cliche. But it is raw Shonen. I can’t even be mad because it has a good MC, good characters, nice villains, people with IQ, a nice objective. It is standard and that’s why it’s good. Also that one guy is GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. Ok anyways yeah read it.
TLDR: 9/10 It is the base standard for Shonen, which still makes it better than 99% of other fantasy/Isekai.
holy the art…the plot…the mc…this is amazing the power system is awesome 10/10

Bookmarked? Yes.
I’ll be honest, I did not like this manga within the first few chapters as everything was predictable and cliche. However, each character fulfills their role splendidly well: either making the readers hate them or grow a strong attachment. Though, I must point out that most of them are semi-one dimensional as they have a fixated outlook for the protagonist which is frustrating. Where I truly find excitement in this is the combination of the jam packed fight scenes with good art and the needed bloodshed/failure. Not only this, but it particularly does a well job at garnering our empathy and evoking emotions (I cried a little). I’m interested to see where this manga goes next as it has a strong foundation that has been established in the mid chapters. I hate saying this but as the manga progresses the better it is getting.
PS: Similar to Black Clover and Mashle so if you enjoyed those then you’d love this. I dropped Mashle around chapter 70 but I don’t think this will share the same fate.
