Pure mindless shounen, but a tier lower. I watched some of the anime to check this out.
MC is a bro and chick magnet, but has eyes for one girl.

I love the story, really do. Only problem is I always felt hanging because chapters are uploaded only once a month 😭
for me the story is 8/10 fight is 10/10 plot 7.5/10..the illustration is 9/10.

Just wanna say that it’s the classic hero’s story where the chosen one overcomes all odds and changes everything around him through sheer force of will.
The only con is that the hero’s story has been told time and time again in 100 different flavors. READ AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION, you might find yourself upset because you’ve ingested too many variants to the hero’s story to like the original design.

Completely illogical writing. The mc is OP but at the same time he a crybaby. He is smart and like Sherlock Holmes in tactics and elegent in fighting but suddenly clumsy and idiotic when doing simple tasks and confronting bullies.
The author has low capabilities when it comes to being logic and consistent with his design of characters.
another idiot MC … use anything to fight: magic, sword, knife, rock, tree branch, fist, elbow, knee, foot. all those are nothing but tools. only an idiot gives up tools. Goal is to out-live your opponent. MC is too stupid to understand something so simple.

The manga actually pulls more emotional chords. Like MC is here for love of his life. hes only 16. He should be more focused on career.
Secondly the MC is swordsman and probably one of the best swordsmen in the world. So is he forcing himself to be a magician. In case of Black clover things were different. the swordsmen were magic swordsmen. But here the thing the MC is trying to beat pure magician by swordsman ship. If there is any proper mentor he should respectfully ask him to be a swordsmen.
There should a swordsmen institute in that world. I mean MC has not magic which means a lot of ppl don’t have magic in that world. So a swordsmen school should be a thing logically.
the setting is ret4rded. How is it that MC is strong and kills so many monsters but has so much few points compared to the weak mages like the guy he saved?!?!?!?!?!? id1otic, ret4rded setting. My dog is by miles more rational than this manga’s author.
Super generic plot with overly cliche villains. this is almost like you combine black clover with MHA. its an honest 7 for me. I seen some people saying the villains are good? you mean the overly exaggerated jealous teens that make cringy dialogues with annoying ass wide smiles and that the best insult they could come up with is incompetent? Yea dude real good villains could honeslty put them up there with Sukuna.
It’s not a bad read although ten chapters a year is a bit slow.
Even tho the story is very cliche and its basically black clover…that doesnt take away the fact that a lot of these panels are pure FIRE and the fights smack very hard. Who cares if the plot isnt the best..its got cool characters cool villains and the anime is animating the manga beautifully. When the anime gets through season 2 were gnna have at least 2 generational shounen fights. Nooooooooooooooooo CAP 😛
