Alek Yugret was once part of the strongest party that conquered 68 floors of the capital’s dungeon, a record that hasn’t been broken by anyone else since. While working as a court wizard, he was kicked out from the prince’s adventuring party due to being only able to use support magic and was fired from his position as court wizard. He then decides to form a new adventuring party with the cute girl who was part of his adventuring party when they were students.
reminds me of Bleach and a few others where the characters have to divulge information to each other about their power they’re using smh
I call it the manga of plot armor and flashbacks. There is no quantification of powers. The story moves forward for 3 chapters then has 3 chapters of flashbacks to explain the character’s “motivation”. The artwork is great though. Wish it was in color.
Just watched the first episode of this anime. Looked good, so I thought I’d read what happens next. Really curious what his master did to be banished.

The title must be a bait and switch used to trick the publisher into picking up whatever concept is trending in Japan, because almost immediately the author discards the “kicked out of the party for being weakest when he’s actually the strongest” in favour of a plot that’s actually good. 11/10
