Summary

A brief description of the manhwa I Became the Wife of the Monstrous Crown Prince:

She transmigrated into the body of Ancia, the current wife of the monstrous crown prince, Blake, in an R-19 romance novel. In the original story, Ancia committed suicide on the day of their marriage, leaving Blake with massive trauma.

But this time, Ancia wouldn’t do such a thing. Blake was the second male lead in the original novel. He was portrayed as a beast that possessed an exquisite facade. Yet, right now, he was behaving just like an innocent rabbit.

It’s cute, but the story is quite slow and gets a little confusing at the end

Personally, it was a nice change of pace from the usual fast paced stories of massacre.

It was similar to the Duchess’ 50 Tea Recipes, but with the addition of a little violence, magic and drama.

Ok, I do like these genres. I have read up till chapter 13. The urge to click off was really building up. The male lead being this pathetic is something I don’t prefer. Additionally considering they are children what is the female lead doing rubbing the male leads back while he is bathing. I know it’s a small thing but I just couldn’t. Also the way the story starts directly off with them living together was really boring. It would have been better for her to start from her own home to get married to male lead. If the story hasn’t been able to keep user retention for 13 chapters that’s not good.

It was good all the way until chapter 70
After that we get a really bad turing point

The story is good but it should’ve ended long ago imo. A lot of the second half of the story is kinda unnecessary.

8/10 overall. But I would’ve given it a 9/10 had the author ended the story already instead of dragging it out

So around the 70s a big change happens that may deter some people. There is a pretty massive time skip and a change that kinda breaks the story for me.

Essentially what happens

So the MC goes and finds an exposition dump and winds up finding out she is the reincarnation of an important girl from the past that was involved in the whole “curse” thing. Another girl who was mad at her essentially caused her to change bodies and fling her several years into the future when the male lead is now older and everyone thinks the MC is dead, also she can’t talk.

It’s confusing, it’s stupid, I honestly gave up on this a while ago but figured I’d leave a review behind. Which is a shame because it starts out pretty ok before this whole event.
I may come back to it at some point but that’s gonna be a while.

5/10 was the best at first but got confusing so 10/10 before the whole cave, white hair girl and that door after it 5/10 i dont like how firty he is and i dont understand it
