This one is isekai manhwa with romantization of Hua Tuo, the divine physician from Samkok era (3 Kingdom). Bring modern medical knowledge into past.

The story itself is just adaptation from historical record. Itsnt following 100% of the actual history.. so for readers who used to read Hua Tuo story, you might still find some surprise elements in here. Especially when author try to mix it with something like modern knowledge, inner Qi and x-ray ability.

The story have a strong science base for any medical condition happen. Even tho itsnt a complex knowledge, it still refreshing to read it. I also commend on how detailed the story is. Especially in early chapters.. but its somehow becomes casual after some times..

For the plot itself, it might quite boring in the beginning if you are not fond of medical thingy. The scheme comes out kinda late.. i found the first scheme at chapter 30s. And after chapter 60s i already feel some repeated plot. Plot is shallow and lack of conflicts, imo. Im afraid it will becomes boring if it keep combined with its repetitive plot.

Char build is soso.. not that deep nor shallow and more to slow paced one. Nothing to complain.

Art? Im not quite like these colour palettes. Its lack of shading and art details but still okayish imo

Scientific and history adaptation manhwa with decent detailed story. I recommend to try this one especially if you are fond of medical and 3 Kingdom story. Even tho its art is quite lacking..
