Ehh, its a 4.2/5 tbh. Great fight scenes, recycled arcs with people dodging bullets every chapter and close to no one dying.

Are you tired of heavy-hearted stories? Are you tired of nonsense harems? Are you tired of overly edgy protagonists? Well then, you have come to the best place. Mercenary Enrollment, a relatively light-hearted stories that feature lots of fight scenes. So, pretty good if you don’t like no nonsense plot and straight up just fight. Then what shines other than fight scenes is the wholesome familial relationship, something that I see lacks from most action manhwas. Moral-wise, this manhwa shows what an ideal familial relationship and friendship are like, so those are what make this story incredibly wholesome alongside the characters’ cute and funny personalities. Despite all of these, there are still setbacks in this manhwa. First of all, the logic that seems to be lacking, mainly because of the absence of polices, who are supposed to be more active. Then the lore that isn’t too deep, maybe because manhwa is more limited and this manhwa is a slice of life. Romance also seems to be out of the formula, despite the genre saying otherwise. The mc also has incredible plot armor, never facing any real challenge, but it’s not like it’s needed in this kind of manhwa. Lastly, I feel like certain feelings of the side characters on the main character is a bit forced and not very natural, but it could just be my feeling. Overall, 9.9/10. (Biased, since I like this story, so take it with a grain of salt)

One of the few manhwas I follow/read every week, usually I forget about them after a while. It’s a good story, if you like action, fight and cool MC.

It’s really good. The only inconsistency is how literally nothing the mc does ever goes on the news or gets the cops called etc. except for when it’s convenient, but that does help it just get into the fights without fafing around.
