Mercenary Enrollment

I hope someone related to the mc dies. No need of being actively killed by someone, maybe his grandpa of old age, maybe the numbers when they get ambushed and a lot of severely injured + one dead or sum. Before you downvote here me out. The plot has been repetitive. No matter how many of the forest come, we don’t think something will happen to a major character, not his grandpa, not sister, not numbers, not the SW nobody. The mc always shows up to save them when they are in trouble. Even the major. He was about to be wiped by the mad dog and the mc just comes and saves him like it’s nothing. They tried something with the mercenary union and 008 getting quite injured but the mc has connections basically in the entire world and can save anyone anywhere. Just some character must die, maybe a revenge plot can be added, it’s simple. Maybe some emotional arc where his grandpa dies and he has to recover from that, just something that can keep the readers going on about the story. Maybe plan a wholesome ending, no one dies and the entire forest and mercenary union are dead and the last panel is just everyone enjoying dinner (numbers included). Just something. I hope something happens.
