I think the fact that the author avoids the stale old trope of the a$$hole hero party throwing the MC out thinking he’s useless may be one of the best parts of this story.

Read all 66 chapters of this and i gotta say. The writing sucks, MC is dumb and not quite likable. I mean he is a lord of a territory but not only is he putting his people at constant risk for his own selfish goal, his so called strategies are also not quite well put together.
The power levels are also stupid. He was kicked out of his party with below 200 ATK power. Even if you say it is because of that power that he was kicked out, it should have at least at the minimum be 1000. I mean you were adventuring with them for years.
His romance with Tiana is also quite stupid. Especially at chap. 66. Not saying anything more than that.

Breaks away from the ‘I was kicked out of the hero’s party but my skill was actually the only thing that made them great’ trope. The hero group is actually, somewhat, likable. The MC isn’t the plucky dumb kid that undervalues what he does.
It was a fine read until they introduced a character with bikini armor… then censored her butt with a big black box. I mean really its clothing, yes it might have been butt floss but it didn’t need the censoring plus the fact the translator seems to forget to censor it on a whim. Cause hey butt cheeks are more risque!
Read for something different but the translation team can go suck a dick for stupid censoring.

MC is an unrepentant toxic ásshole. Doesn’t care what other want for themselves, only what he thinks is best for them.
No path back from actions he’s taken that won’t be fúcked up for the characters around him. I’m sure in later chapters he’s forgiven, and things move on and get better than they ever were, but some things should never be forgiven.
While the plot is a bit different, it’s still boring. Typical obnoxious MC with the Thick-Headed (Passive) skill. Read if bored, I guess.
Some of those commenting aren’t reading the same manga I am. The MC has OP (job counselor) skills to assist new adventurers in choosing the right class and reaching the peak of the class, it is useless after they reach their peak. The MC is asked to leave the hero’s party, he agrees his skills are no longer needed since the party has outgrown him, his party members love him, and know he’s the reason for their success. They want to make his retirement comfortable, as a reward for his contributions he takes a fief and uses his job counselor skills to strengthen his people. So, not your typical I was abused and discarded trope that some are pretending it is.
Reminder to self: dropped it at ch. 11 because it becomes more about harem building and ‘cheap’ fan service while the actual plot moves at a snail’s pace with nothing interesting going on
if you love MC’s who’s not into girls, domain building but not, and male MC obsessed with male hero who kicked him out…. then this sh*t is for you…
