He turned out to be a completely different person… And I was already afraid that I would be thrown into the maelstrom of battles and bloodshed, but no.

Came from the WN and it was really good! The waifus are top tier, deserve happiness, and are just amazing. It might be a tad bit frustrating for the people who want OP MC which unfortunately for you, isn’t gonna happen pretty much anytime soon but the wholesomeness makes everything better. So far I have read around 1020 Chapters of the WN while commenting this, and planning to read the manga.
The harem tag definitely made me worry but wow… It’s more an “emotional” harem if that makes sense, it’s not ecchi-focused. And after a “harem character” is introduced, they don’t become an uninteresting side character only present for fan service, which is the sin of almost all harem mangas.
And for people that just want to have a power trip, don’t worry, the MC is acknowledged a LOT. And somehow it doesn’t feel too exaggerated. So I HEAVILY recommend anyone to read it.

Singlehandedly the best manga I’ve read in years, I’m already heavily attached to the characters, and feel heartbroken to leave them behind as I wait for chapters to continue. The world building is spectacular, the characters are memorable and have their own distinct personalities, the Demon Kings are especially interesting; my favorite being Kuro for obvious reasons. Then there’s the matter of Slice of Life, being the primary aspect of the series, despite it’s pleasantly yet heavily fantasy driven atmosphere, you’ll never anticipate what comes next. People may falsely describe this as a harem manga, and that it isn’t worth checking out, however… I daresay they’re sorely mistaken, and that’s a highly ignorant perspective of the matter. In fact, I hope he ends up with someone, instead of his apparent choice. Without giving any real spoilers, I have to say you won’t regret reading this, if you sincerely give it a chance, the creators have my respect and admiration, for immersing me within such a desirable world.
ngl the best manga I’ve read i9n a long time, even though it has the extra ero parts, the ero parts are also kinda good ina way and not just throwing boobs and ass in your face. Besides that he Story itself is somewhat unique in a way that it hits different than other unoriginal manga like this. 9/10

Chapters 1-29 are pretty good. It’s both funny and heartwarming. I will definitely read more when more gets translated.
