Summary
A brief description of the manhwa The Wandering Knight’s Survival Manual:
After dying due to an unexpected accident, Kim Yohan reincarnated as Johann Aitz of the prestigious Aitz Family.
He may have been born a noble, but Johann Aitz ranks at the very bottom of the family hierarchy. To make matters worse, this world revolves around a ruthless medieval society.
“The only person you can trust is yourself.”
In a world ruled by the law of the strong, survival requires only two things: money and power.
While training relentlessly using the knowledge he gained in his modern life, Johann ends up encountering Kaegal, the Master of Poison of the Empire’s greatest assassination guild, the Nesos Guild.
This is the fierce struggle of Johann, who refuses to become just another prey of this brutal era.

The Wandering Knight’s Survival Manual.
- Be unreasonably physically strong.
- Be unreasonably quick at picking up fighting skills.
- Be unreasonably lucky.
And he’s been thrust into a world where…get this…noble houses use same-sex marriages to form alliances, and they adopt. Ignoring the fact that producing an heir with both houses blood in it’s veins was the whole damn reason noble houses ever did things like that in the 1st place.
Oh, and the MC loses his v-card to a furry.
It’s one of ” those” authors that does everything to avoid heteronormativity or whatever.
Again, this is ULTRA TIER for me.
The brutality of art, simplicity of the story, its pacing,i read the novel some changes yes but still this is sooo good. les go
Better mc than 95% of manhwa
I’ve read many manga and manHwa but this one satisfied my expedition 10/10
People here jave low standards.
Side characters and mc are stupid. A side character knowing that mc killed one of the strongest in the verse threatens him. This plan would only work if the person being threatened was stupid and for mcs case it is. What made that guy think mc can’t just slaughter his way out of this place? I mean the world the Author painted was of a brutal world. So it’s in the world’s setting to be Brutal. So what give characters like that those ideas? And when will mc grow up mentally? Probably never but eeh. It’s good. 6/10. Give it a go
pretty good, you know there’s not to much “uniqueness”, but what’s wrong with following a similar script. If you copy a good script, and keep it good, then its still good.
.
pet mascot, hero, transmigrator, getting stronger, nothing bad with sticking with what works, and this works as well, if not better, than similar knight mangas.
9/10 – 10/10 would recommend, and will read until i can read no more.
After reading 23 chapters, I have a theory that the world building is inspired by Skyrim.
> The MC looks like a reference to a Breton race. (A perfect Race for a Magic swordsman—A Spellsword)
> MC last name is “Aitz” (pronounced as Eight, reference to the 8 divines of Skyrim)
> The world is described as a dangerous place for the weak but a paradise for the strong.
> Killing wolves for pelt? Standard Skyrim gameplay.
> MC is portrayed as a heavy armored, and one-handed warrior that started off using unarmed build. (Personal favorite build in skyrim)
> He will encounter Altmers (High elves) and Imperials. (Yes, you will hate elves in this story).
> Magic is hated by most traditional warriors except elves. The Skyrim references is getting stronger with this one.
> Dunmers (Dark Elves) also exist as well as Dwemmers (Dwarves), and Argonian too.
> The Imperials seem to be the bad guys in this story, so I think the author is probably a Stormcloak lover.
> There are also references to Khajiit and their Caravans.
> The Prosperous city building is oddly similar to the college of Winterhold, and fair enough there’s a wizard indeed.
There are more references that only a Skyrim fan can notice. Honestly, If the MC starts using Thu’um, it will confirm my theory.
I am happy that i forgot about this manga, as now i have mass release to read from ch6 😀
This is literally just so funny and dark at the same time.
Suprise, manwha depicts reality middle ages pretty well.
And nice fantsay too, elves are bastards though.
Art is cool, translation too… and that’s all.
What plot? Author is minmaxxing emotion reactions, making satirical(ugly) “good-evil” and “stupidly sincere” twists.
Wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone with living brain cells.
I gave up at chapter 22, the ratio of sensible characters is quite low.
This is pretty great so far. It feels like watching a movie. The pace, story and everything is good. If this keeps going like this, it will be PEAK. I hope this manhwa does not fall out like some others did.
This manhwa is kind of like if Christopher Nolan did a hyper-realistic gritty take on the DnD-like or High Fantasy genre. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that even at 4.6/5.0, this is underrated.

Actually good premise where the MC actually engages with the world and has an actual adventure.
