As of ch 54, I will rate it an 8/10. Its not the top of the top, but it definitely holds its own. The art is good, the premise is super wholesome, and it has a wide cast of cool characters. The fights are also unexpectedly nice with most of the best moments being from them. Personally I find a problem with Cain’s influence. MC hardly changed and her introduction could’ve been more influential to the story. In terms of fantasy I’d rate it a high 9/10 for being better than most.
TLDR: 8/10 Very good manga. really shows off great dynamics between the characters. Except Cain idk how to feel about her rn.
10/10 until chapter 50, despite all of the threats, murder attempts, torture upon him and his family and even nearly killing his family, MC still lets the antagonist live with zero punishment. 0/10 resolution.

I’m starting to think that many japanese authors can’t make good stories without this “misunderstood, oblivious, dumb-but-strong MC” tropes, it’s overused so much in many manga it’s becoming nauseating! Not like many Korean Manhwa that well written without any of those overused gimmicks. Maybe I’ll give this a read and judge for myself somewhere in the future when it has enough chapters.
