Young Irene Pareyra made his dream world a refuge from the pain of the tragedy of the past. People were amused by this, they made fun of him and called him a careless aristocrat.

However, this attitude did not touch our hero in any way with the need to change.

This would have continued if he had not met in a dream a talentless young man who had been learning to use the sword for thirty-seven years in a row and died with a weapon in his hands.

I’d say it’s a pretty decent story. It’s a realistic and refreshing approach to the whole weak -> strong noble trope.

Art: 9/10 (upper end of most power fantasy manhwas)

Characters: 8/10 (some are more rememberable than others, but I’d argue the antagonists are more unique)

World/plot: 6.5/10 (pretty generic. Medieval world, fantasy species, magic & sword families..etc).

And yes, there is romance.

Overall rating: 7.8 (though with the most recent arc I would push it to a 8.2)

100% recommend it. And if you like stories like this, then you would also like Star Embracing Swordmaster
